A simple and delicious chicken broccoli rice casserole that’s perfect for weeknight dinners.

			- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
 - 2 cups broccoli florets
 - 1 cup cooked rice
 - 1 can cream of chicken soup
 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
 - 1/2 cup milk
 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
 - In a large bowl, mix together the chicken, broccoli, rice, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
 - Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
 - Sprinkle the cheddar cheese on top.
 - Bake for 25-30 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted.
 
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
 - Feel free to add other vegetables like carrots or bell peppers.
 - Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
