Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chicken and cook for 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- Add garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in chicken broth and mix in the vegetables.
- Place the chicken back in the skillet and sprinkle with herbs.
- Cover and bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
- Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
