- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 8 ounces spaghetti or egg noodles
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the spaghetti or egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add mushrooms and sauté until tender.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, sautéed mushrooms, chicken broth, cream of mushroom soup, Parmesan cheese, frozen peas, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cooked noodles to the mixture and stir until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish. Spread it evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until heated through and bubbly.
