Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
 - Pat the chicken dry with paper towels.
 - Rub the olive oil over the chicken.
 - Sprinkle salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder evenly on the chicken.
 - Place the lemon halves and fresh herbs inside the cavity of the chicken.
 - Place the chicken on a roasting pan.
 - Roast in the oven for about 1.5 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
 - Let the chicken rest for 10 minutes before carving.
