- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 cups cooked rice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the chicken, cream of chicken soup, mixed vegetables, cheese, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, rice, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Notes
- You can use leftover turkey instead of chicken.
- Substitute the cream of chicken soup with a cream of mushroom for a different flavor.
- For a vegetarian option, replace chicken with beans or lentils.
- Feel free to add your favorite vegetables.
