Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the chicken, cream of chicken soup, mixed vegetables, cheese, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, rice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. Cover the dish with aluminum foil.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes.
  6. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
