- 2 cups of cooked rice
- 1 cup of cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup of frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 cup of shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, shredded chicken, cream of mushroom soup, frozen vegetables, cheese, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix everything until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until heated through and bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can use leftover turkey instead of chicken.
- Substitute cream of chicken soup for a different flavor.
- For a vegetarian option, omit the chicken and add more vegetables.
