Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until the onion is soft.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes, beef broth, and frozen mixed vegetables.
- Add Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Simmer for 10-15 minutes until heated through.
- Serve over cooked rice.
