Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until soft.
- Add ground turkey, cook until browned.
- Stir in diced tomatoes, kidney beans, corn, chili powder, and cumin.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve warm with bread or over rice.
Notes
- You can substitute ground beef or chicken for the turkey.
- Use black beans instead of kidney beans if preferred.
- Add bell peppers for extra flavor and color.
