Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine turkey, rice, mixed vegetables, cream of mushroom soup, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until everything is combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until heated through and cheese is bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

- You can use leftover stuffing instead of rice.
- Substitute cream of mushroom soup with cream of chicken if desired.
