Ingredients

Instructions
- Cut the cheese into bite-sized cubes.
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cheese, salami, and pickles to the bowl.
- Toss gently to coat everything in the marinade.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors blend.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature on a platter.
