Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, and onion soup mix.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown the beef tips on all sides.
- Transfer the browned beef tips to a baking dish.
- Pour the soup mixture over the beef tips.
- Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 2 to 2.5 hours.
