Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
- Add the Stove Top stuffing and stir until combined.
- Mix in the shredded cheese and chopped vegetables.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- You can substitute egg whites for whole eggs for a lighter version.
