- 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 2 cups cooked brown rice
- 1 can diced tomatoes (14 oz)

- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the ground turkey with onions over medium heat.
- Add chopped vegetables and cook until soft.
- Stir in chicken broth, rice, diced tomatoes, and seasonings.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Let the mixture cool before portioning into freezer-safe containers.
- Label each container with the date and contents.
- Freeze for up to 3 months.
- When ready to eat, thaw overnight in the fridge and heat on the stove until warm.
