 - 1 cup vegetable broth
 - 1 cup coconut milk
 - 1 onion, chopped

 - Pepper to taste
 
Instructions
- In a pot, sauté chopped onion and garlic until soft.
 - Add ginger and cumin, cook for 1 minute.
 - Stir in pumpkin puree and vegetable broth.
 - Simmer for 10 minutes.
 - Add coconut milk, salt, and pepper.
 - Blend until smooth. Serve warm.
