- 8 corn tortillas

- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
- 1/2 cup sour cream or yogurt (for a lighter option)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the fish with cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Cook the fish for about 3-4 minutes on each side until it flakes easily with a fork.
- While the fish cooks, warm the tortillas in a dry skillet for about 30 seconds on each side.
- Once the fish is done, break it into pieces.
- Assemble the tacos by placing fish, cabbage, tomatoes, and cilantro on the tortillas.
- Top with sour cream or yogurt and serve with lime wedges.
