Ingredients

- 200g pasta of your choice
- 50g mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 50g cheddar cheese, shredded
- 50g parmesan cheese, grated
- 50g gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
- 2 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the flour and whisk for 1-2 minutes.
- Slowly add the milk, whisking continuously until smooth.
- Stir in the cheeses until they melt and combine.
- Add the cooked pasta to the cheese sauce and mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- You can use gluten-free pasta if needed.
- For a lighter version, use low-fat milk.
- Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or broccoli for more nutrition.
