Ingredients

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Layer the cooked rice at the bottom of a baking dish.
  4. Place the chicken breasts on top of the rice.
  5. Add the broccoli florets over the chicken.
  6. Pour the soup mixture over everything.
  7. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  8. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  9. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly.
  10. Let it cool and portion into containers for freezing.
