- 2 pounds of flank steak
- 1/2 cup of unsalted butter
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the flank steak with salt and pepper on both sides.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
- Add minced garlic to the melted butter and cook for 2 minutes.
- Stir in chopped parsley and remove from heat.
- Place the steak on the grill or skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture over the steak during the last minute of cooking.
- Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Serve with remaining garlic butter on the side.
