- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk the Greek yogurt, sugar, milk, vegetable oil, and egg until smooth.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Grease a muffin tin or use paper liners. Fill each muffin cup about 2/3 full with batter.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow the muffins to cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.

- You can substitute whole wheat flour for all-purpose flour for a healthier option.
