Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk the Greek yogurt, sugar, milk, vegetable oil, and egg until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Grease a muffin tin or use paper liners. Fill each muffin cup about 2/3 full with batter.
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Allow the muffins to cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
