Instructions

- In a large pot, boil water and add the green beans. Cook for 5 minutes, then drain.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the green beans to the soup mixture and stir until well coated.
