Description

A comforting grilled cheese steak sandwich that combines tender steak and melty cheese.


Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 4 oz steak, thinly sliced
  • 2 slices of cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season the steak with salt and pepper.
  3. Add the steak to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned.
  4. Remove the steak and set aside.
  5. Butter one side of each slice of bread.
  6. Place one slice of bread, butter side down, in the skillet.
  7. Add the cheese on top, followed by the steak.
  8. Top with the second slice of cheese and the other slice of bread, butter side up.
  9. Cook for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown, then flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
  10. Remove from heat, slice, and serve warm.
