			- 1 pound ground beef
 - 1 package frozen tater tots (32 ounces)
 - 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
 - 1 can cream of mushroom soup (10.5 ounces)
 - 1/2 cup milk
 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
 - In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
 - Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the beef. Stir well.
 - In a bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup and milk until smooth.
 - In a baking dish, layer the cooked beef evenly.
 - Pour the soup mixture over the beef.
 - Top with frozen tater tots and sprinkle cheese on top.
 - Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the tater tots are golden brown.
 - Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

- For a healthier option, use lean ground beef or turkey.
 - You can substitute cream of mushroom soup with cream of chicken or a homemade white sauce.
