Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Add the chopped onion and cook until soft.
- Stir in the shredded cabbage and cook until it wilts.
- Add the diced tomatoes and taco seasoning. Stir to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- If using, sprinkle cheese on top and cover until melted.
