Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, and ground cloves.
- Heat over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves.
- Bring to a gentle simmer for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
- Brush the glaze over the ham before baking.
Notes
- You can substitute maple syrup for honey if desired.
- For a spicier flavor, add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
- This glaze can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
