 - 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
 - 1/4 cup chopped onion
 - 1 egg
 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

 - 1 cup beef broth
 - 1 tablespoon cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
 
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
 - Form the mixture into patties.
 - Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little oil.
 - Cook the patties for about 5 minutes on each side or until browned.
 - Add beef broth to the skillet and cover to simmer for 10 minutes.
 - If you want a thicker sauce, mix cornstarch with a little water and stir into the broth.
 - Serve warm with your favorite sides.
