Ingredients

- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup sunflower seed butter
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix oats and salt.
- In a small saucepan, warm honey and sunflower seed butter until combined.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and chocolate chips.
- Pour the mixture over the oats and mix well.
- Press the mixture into a lined baking dish.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before cutting into bars.

- Substitute agave syrup for honey for a vegan option.
