Ingredients

- 1 whole wheat wrap
- 1 cooked turkey burger patty
- 1/4 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1/4 cup tomato, diced
- 1/4 avocado, sliced
- 2 tablespoons low-fat yogurt or mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Start by laying the whole wheat wrap flat on a clean surface.
- Spread the low-fat yogurt or mayonnaise evenly over the wrap.
- Place the cooked turkey burger patty in the center of the wrap.
- Add the shredded lettuce, diced tomato, and sliced avocado on top of the patty.
- Season with salt and pepper as desired.
- Carefully fold in the sides of the wrap and then roll it up from the bottom to the top.
- Slice the wrap in half and serve immediately.
Notes
- You can substitute the turkey burger with a veggie burger or grilled chicken for different flavors.
- Feel free to add other vegetables like cucumbers or bell peppers.
- Use gluten-free wraps if you have dietary restrictions.
