			- 2 pounds chicken breast
 - 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
 - 1 cup diced tomatoes
 - 1 cup chopped carrots
 - 1 cup chopped celery
 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
 - 1 teaspoon dried basil
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the crock pot.
 - Add chicken broth, diced tomatoes, carrots, and celery.
 - Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, basil, salt, and pepper over the ingredients.
 - Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
 - Shred the chicken before serving.

- Serve with whole grain rice or quinoa.
 - This dish can be frozen for up to 3 months.
