Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup grated carrot
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
  3. Mix well until everything is evenly blended.
  4. Grease a muffin tin or use muffin liners.
  5. Scoop the mixture into the muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
  7. Let them cool for a few minutes before removing from the tin.
