- 4 cups water or milk

Instructions
- In a pot, bring water or milk to a boil.
- Add rolled oats and salt to the pot.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and stir in honey or maple syrup.
- Top with fresh berries and nuts or seeds as desired.
Notes
- You can use almond milk or any milk alternative.
- Feel free to add sliced bananas or apples for extra flavor.
