- 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the beef mince over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion, carrots, celery, and garlic. Cook until the vegetables soften.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes and beef broth.
- Add the green beans, pasta, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 20 minutes, or until the pasta is cooked.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
