Ingredients

- 4 cups apple juice
- 2 cups cranberry juice
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1 orange, sliced
- 1 apple, sliced
- 2 cups sparkling water
Instructions
- In a large pot, combine apple juice, cranberry juice, and orange juice.
- Add ground cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves. Stir well.
- Heat the mixture over medium heat until warm, but do not boil.
- If desired, add honey or maple syrup for sweetness. Stir until dissolved.
- Add sliced orange and apple to the pot.
- Remove from heat and let it steep for 10 minutes.
- Before serving, add sparkling water for fizz.
- Pour into mugs and enjoy warm.

- For a caffeine-free option, use herbal tea instead of juices.
