- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Place chicken thighs in the crock pot.
- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken thighs.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- Check that chicken is cooked through before serving.
- Garnish with green onions if desired.

- You can substitute chicken thighs with chicken breasts if you prefer.
