 - 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
 - Your choice of toppings (pepperoni, bell peppers, mushrooms, onions)
 
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let it sit for 5 minutes until bubbly.
 - Add flour, salt, and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.
 - Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5 minutes until smooth.
 - Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover it. Let it rise for 1 hour.
 - Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
 - Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
 - Place the rolled dough on a pizza stone or baking sheet.
 - Spread pizza sauce evenly on the dough.
 - Add mozzarella cheese and your choice of toppings.
 - Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden.
