Ingredients

- 2 slices of bread
- 2 slices of cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 2 strips of cooked bacon
- 2 tablespoons sliced jalapenos
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- Place one slice of bread, buttered side down, on the skillet.
- Add cheese, bacon, and jalapenos on top of the bread in the skillet.
- Top with the second slice of bread, buttered side up.
- Cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Flip the sandwich and cook the other side until golden and cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes more.
- Remove from skillet, slice, and serve warm.
