Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a pot, heat dashi broth over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Add tofu and cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. Stir in soy sauce and miso paste until dissolved.
  5. Add spinach and green onions, cooking for 1 more minute.
  6. Drizzle with sesame oil before serving.

Notes

  • To make it vegetarian, use vegetable broth instead of dashi.
  • For a spicier soup, add a splash of chili oil.
