Ingredients

  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Take a cooked noodle, place a spoonful of the cheese mixture on one end, and roll it up.
  6. Place the rolled noodle seam-side down in the baking dish.
  7. Repeat until all noodles are filled and placed in the dish.
  8. Pour remaining marinara sauce over the rolls and sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese.
  9. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  10. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
