			- 1 lb ground beef
 - 1 onion, chopped
 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
 - 1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes
 - 4 cups beef broth
 - 2 tsp Italian seasoning
 - 8 oz lasagna noodles, broken
 - 1 cup ricotta cheese
 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 
Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
 - Add onion and garlic. Cook until onion is soft.
 - Stir in crushed tomatoes, beef broth, and Italian seasoning.
 - Bring to a boil. Add broken lasagna noodles.
 - Simmer for about 20 minutes until noodles are tender.
 - Stir in ricotta cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
 - Top with mozzarella cheese and let it melt before serving.
