- 8 oz lo mein noodles
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, broccoli)
- 1/2 cup cooked chicken or tofu, sliced
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional)
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 green onion, chopped
Instructions
- Cook lo mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add mixed vegetables and cook until tender.
- Add cooked chicken or tofu to the pan and stir well.
- Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Stir to combine.
- Add the cooked lo mein noodles and mix until everything is heated through.
- Garnish with chopped green onion before serving.
