  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional)
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 green onion, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook lo mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Add mixed vegetables and cook until tender.
  5. Add cooked chicken or tofu to the pan and stir well.
  6. Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Stir to combine.
  7. Add the cooked lo mein noodles and mix until everything is heated through.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onion before serving.
