Description
A delicious and comforting lobster grilled cheese sandwich.
Ingredients

- 2 slices of bread
- 1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix lobster meat with mayonnaise and lemon juice.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- Place one slice of bread, butter side down, in the skillet.
- Add lobster mixture on top, then sprinkle cheese over it.
- Top with the second slice of bread, butter side up.
- Cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes, then flip carefully.
- Cook the other side until golden and cheese is melted, about another 3-4 minutes.
- Remove from skillet and let cool for a minute before cutting in half.
Notes
- Use gluten-free bread for a gluten-free option.
- Try different types of cheese for variety.
- Use canned lobster if fresh is not available.
