Description

A delicious and comforting lobster grilled cheese sandwich.


Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix lobster meat with mayonnaise and lemon juice.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
  4. Place one slice of bread, butter side down, in the skillet.
  5. Add lobster mixture on top, then sprinkle cheese over it.
  6. Top with the second slice of bread, butter side up.
  7. Cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes, then flip carefully.
  8. Cook the other side until golden and cheese is melted, about another 3-4 minutes.
  9. Remove from skillet and let cool for a minute before cutting in half.
