- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 lemon, juiced
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, rosemary, thyme, and lemon juice.
- Rub the mixture all over the steak.
- Place the steak on the grill and cook for 6-8 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Slice and serve with your favorite sides.
