- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine sugar and water. Heat until sugar dissolves, then let cool.
- In a blender, add the diced mangoes and lime juice.
- Pour in the cooled sugar water and blend until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture to a shallow dish and freeze for about 4 hours.
- Stir the mixture every hour to ensure a smooth texture.
- Once frozen, scoop and serve the sorbet in bowls.
