Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together until well combined.
- Grease a muffin tin with cooking spray or oil.
- Spoon the meat mixture into the muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the muffins are cooked through.
- Let them cool for a few minutes before removing from the tin.
