Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
- Add chopped onions and minced garlic. Cook until the onions are soft.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes, black beans, corn, and taco seasoning.
- Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve in tortillas or taco shells and top with shredded cheese.
