- 1/2 cup mayonnaise

Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the husks and silk from the corn.
- Grill the corn for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until charred.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, lime juice, chili powder, and salt.
- Once corn is grilled, brush the mayo mixture over the corn.
- Sprinkle cotija cheese and cilantro on top.
