- 2 cups tapioca flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 1 cup cooked minced beef
- 2 eggs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a saucepan, combine milk, oil, and salt. Heat until warm.
- In a large bowl, mix tapioca flour and warm milk mixture.
- Add eggs and stir until smooth.
- Fold in grated cheese and cooked minced beef.
- Grease a baking dish.
- Form small balls of dough and place them in the dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden.
Notes
- You can use ground turkey or chicken instead of beef.
- For a vegetarian option, replace beef with sautéed vegetables.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
