Description

A comforting stuffed cheese bread featuring minced beef and cheese.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups tapioca flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 1 cup cooked minced beef
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a saucepan, combine milk, oil, and salt. Heat until warm.
  3. In a large bowl, mix tapioca flour and warm milk mixture.
  4. Add eggs and stir until smooth.
  5. Fold in grated cheese and cooked minced beef.
  6. Grease a baking dish.
  7. Form small balls of dough and place them in the dish.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden.

Notes

  • You can use ground turkey or chicken instead of beef.
  • For a vegetarian option, replace beef with sautéed vegetables.
