- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 large egg yolks
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup key lime juice
- 1 teaspoon lime zest
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of mini tart pans.
- In another bowl, whisk together egg yolks, sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, and lime zest.
- Pour the filling into the crusts.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until set.
- Let them cool and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- You can use regular limes if key limes are not available.
- For a gluten-free option, use gluten-free graham crackers.
- Consider topping with whipped cream for added flavor.
