Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of mini tart pans.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together egg yolks, sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, and lime zest.
  5. Pour the filling into the crusts.
  6. Bake for 10-15 minutes until set.
  7. Let them cool and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
