A comforting multi cheese grilled cheese sandwich that warms your heart.
Ingredients

- 2 slices of bread (your choice)
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded Swiss cheese
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- Place one slice of bread, butter side down, onto the skillet.
- Add all the shredded cheeses on top of the bread in the skillet.
- Top with the second slice of bread, butter side up.
- Cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Carefully flip the sandwich and cook the other side until golden and the cheese is melted, about another 3-4 minutes.
- Remove from skillet and let cool slightly. Cut in half and enjoy.

- Use gluten-free bread for a gluten-free option.
- Try different cheese combinations based on your preference.
- Serve with a side of tomato soup for a classic pairing.
