Description

A comforting multi cheese grilled cheese sandwich that warms your heart.


Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread (your choice)
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded Swiss cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Place one slice of bread, butter side down, onto the skillet.
  4. Add all the shredded cheeses on top of the bread in the skillet.
  5. Top with the second slice of bread, butter side up.
  6. Cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
  7. Carefully flip the sandwich and cook the other side until golden and the cheese is melted, about another 3-4 minutes.
  8. Remove from skillet and let cool slightly. Cut in half and enjoy.
