A delicious no bake strawberry lasagna that is easy to prepare and perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients

- 1 package of graham crackers
- 2 cups of fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1 cup of cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 2 cups of strawberry pie filling
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Layer graham crackers at the bottom of a dish.
- Spread half of the cream mixture over the crackers.
- Add half of the strawberry pie filling on top of the cream layer.
- Add another layer of graham crackers, followed by the remaining cream mixture.
- Top with the remaining strawberry pie filling and sliced strawberries.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Substitute graham crackers with gluten-free crackers for a gluten-free version.
- Use coconut cream instead of heavy cream for a dairy-free option.
- Feel free to use frozen strawberries if fresh ones are not available.
- Allow the lasagna to sit overnight for better flavor.
