- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chunks
- 1 cup Nutella
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well.
- In another bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chunks.
- Using a cookie scoop, place a tablespoon of dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Make a small indentation in the center of the dough and fill it with Nutella.
- Cover the Nutella with another tablespoon of dough.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
- For a gluten-free option, use a gluten-free flour blend.
- Replace Nutella with peanut butter or almond butter for a different flavor.
- If you prefer smaller cookies, adjust the size of the dough balls accordingly.
